Requirements

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, outstanding English communication skills

2. 3 years' experience in admissions in same type of international schools or bilingual schools, with team leadership skills

3. Extensive experience in working with the media, other industries and relevant partner organisations

4. Strong stress tolerance and ability to communicate and collaborate

5. Passionnate on education

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the school's new students recruitment market research and analysis, the development of recruitment strategies and recruitment plans

2. Implement the recruitment plan, develop the recruitment prospectus, organize the recruitment publicity and recruitment work, and lead the team to achieve the recruitment target 

3. Establish and maintain good social media relations and execute media-related activities in accordance with the Group's development strategy

4.  Responsible for the plans of marketing activities, develop marketing strategies and tactics, and actively develop and expand marketing channels

5. Responsible for preparing departmental budgets, developing and improving the enrollment work system, achieving effective data analysis and management

6. Assist the school in maintaining parents-school relations and participate in the specific work of the home-school association

7. manage and mantor the team, be responsible for the daily work supervision and assessment of the department to ensure effective implementation of the marketing plans and strategies

8. Complete other work as assigned by principal
