About Our School

Concordia International School Ningbo is located in the prosperous Sanjiangkou area of the city, which is close to the Old Bund and adjacent to the city's new landmark “Ningbo Tower.” It is equipped with extensive first-class facilities to provide students with a safe, natural and comfortable learning environment.

Originating from the famous Concordia Education System, our school aims to bring 

excellent education resources to serve expat students (including those from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Region of China.) from ages 3 to 18. It follows a rigorous, globally focused education that fosters inquiry, knowledge and compassion, and nurtures a lifelong love of learning.

Our Curriculum

Our kindergarten program applies the philosophies of both IB PYP and Reggio Emilia. This combination of these pedagogies creates a holistic approach to child development.

Our primary to high school program is aligned with the philosophy of the IB. The primary school students are nurtured to become inquiring, knowledgeable, caring young people who are motivated to succeed, while also encouraging and supporting their peers to succeed along with them. Our curriculum delivery is transdisciplinary, meaning that learning in each subject is relevant and related to each other via a core theme, strengthening our children's learning and confidence along the way, as they learn by inquiry, making sense of themselves and the world they live in together.

School Prerequisities

Children born between September 1, 2013 and April 29, 2020, holding foreign passports legally residing in China are invited to enroll. Through the approval of the Zhejiang Province Education Bureau, children who are residents of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Region of China that are legally residing in Zhejiang Province, and Chinese citizens who are legally residing abroad can enroll.

Tuition Fee

The kindergarten tuition fee for 2022 Fall is 69,000 yuan each semester.The primary school tuition fee for 2022 Fall is 90,000 yuan each semester. 

Founding parents will have special discount in tuition fee. Besides, based on the relevant talents policy of Ningbo city, top talents will enjoy up to 100% tuition fee reduction. For more details about the discount, please consult the admissions teacher.
