The Yummy Yummy You tour follows the principles of comprehensiveness, continuity, and operability, starting from the children's interests and awakening their connection with the world.

Comprehensive Principle: Concordia's food education program integrates into children's daily lives, offering diverse activities to help them recognize ingredients, understand nutritional value, develop healthy eating habits, and pass on traditional culture.

Continuity Principle: Our food education program is designed according to the Reggio core teaching methodology, combined with PBL project-based learning and outdoor research. Children gain a complete learning experience.

Principle of Operability: Learning is best achieved through fun and education. As vivid teaching material, children gain intuitive experiences and stimulate their interest in research through their senses of seeing, touching, smelling, tasting, and listening.

The food education program satisfies children's desire for exploration and provides spiritual enjoyment and cultural experiences. The daily independent dining session empowers children to make choices and learn civilized dining etiquette, such as appreciating food and not wasting it. Outdoor field trips teach children to discover the laws of nature through labour practice and experience the joys of food education.
