NUTRITION AND FOOD SAFETY

Food safety is related to the health of every child and is incredibly important. At CISN, we attach great importance to food hygiene and safety. We work with our food service supplier, who has decades of experience in the catering industry and specializes in food safety traceability, real-time digital monitoring, recipe design, nutrition balancing, and allergy information management, to standardize systems and procedures in our kitchens. We take every effort to ensure optimal cleanliness and safety in our food preparation and serving.

The school menu is carefully crafted and prepared with nutrition and health in mind, as well as to provide varied choices to suit everyone's taste, including different cultural flavors such as Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Korean foods.
