Beads for Miles, Sticks Never Fall Down, Hola Hoop Run the Way... The ice-breaking game session brought the teachers together quickly. In the game, the new teachers held hands and intelligently relied on body language and eye contact to communicate. The relaxed and enjoyable team games made any initial hesitation disappear, and everyone instantly integrated together, reaching peak team cohesion.

04 / TEACHER TRAINING

Teacher training has been a tradition since the founding of Concordia. Starting from August 14, we will begin a week-long teacher training program. Following the principle of "Teacher Training First", teachers of Concordia will engage in detailed preschool preparation and specialized teaching training, continuously refining and optimizing teaching methods, strengthening the cultivation of core teacher qualities, and helping students' academic progress and overall development.
