Education Heritage from the Famous Concordia System  

The Concordia education system is one of the most developed and influential private education systems in the world, with deep roots in international education and the largest number of branch campuses of any private school in the United States. Currently there are more than 270 affiliated schools and institutions around the world.

In May 2018, Ningbo Education Bureau and Dr. Thomas Jandris (Vice President of Concordia University) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the school, and successfully introduced the well-known education brand "Concordia" to Ningbo. Concordia University and Concordia Education Group jointly invested in and established "Zhejiang Ningbo Concordia School for Children of Foreign Personnel".

In addition, Mr. Xu Yangsheng, who is a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, as well as the President of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), was nominated as the school consultant. The concept of training internationalized talents in the new era proposed by Mr. Xu, which is "a combination of Chinese and Western styles, a blend of the ancient and the modern, and the fusion of cultures", points out the direction of the school's teacher training system, the goals and the development pathway of the school.

Junior High School: IB-MYP&IGCSE

In the academic curriculum section, Concordia Junior High School offers IB-MYP courses and flexibly integrates Cambridge Lower Secondary & IGCSE curricula to bridge the gap between the IB DP and A level. This flexibility will help students to better connect their subject knowledge with the real world and cultivate interdisciplinary thinking and creativity.

High School: IB-DP&A-Level

Concordia's high school program plans to offer A-Level&IBDP high school courses, realizing the "powerful combination" of the two mainstream international courses, maximizing students' professional choices, helping students to explore their potential, mastering lifelong skills, and laying a good foundation for entering top American Ivy League and British G5 universities.
