Concordia Academy Ningbo Offical Establishment

On May 15, 2025, the Ningbo Education Bureau announced the official establishment of Concordia Academy Ningbo - a diverse, boarding high school under its direct administration and jointly founded with the Haishu District Education Bureau. Scheduled to open in September 2025, the school represents a significant development in Ningbo’s private education landscape.

Concordia Academy Ningbo is part of the Ningbo Concordia Education Group, a government-supported initiative bringing the global "Concordia" brand to the region. The group already operates Zhejiang Concordia International School Ningbo (K–12) and Yinzhou Concordia Primary School.

With support from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen’s K-12 Education Group, the new academy will benefit from shared curriculum design, faculty training, and educational resources. Its strategic partner, Ningbo Hanson Education (established in 1999), has successfully guided over 5,000 students to universities worldwide.
